Captain Fry ~ 26

Wild caught Haddock or Wahoo fillet, marinated and lightly hand-battered, then pan-fried to golden and crisp, accompanied by our citrus butter mayo slaw, sauteed green beans, tropical potato wedges (or preferred side) and our special seaside herb remoulade: Captain’s Tartar sauce

Royal Medley ~ 25

Harmonious blend of wild rice, lentils, leeks, roasted garlic, sauteed broccoli, celery, onions, basil, carrots, peas, thyme, mushrooms mixed with egg scrambled. Topped with freshly shaved Parmesan Reggiano, served with a choice of pan-fried herb chicken breast or chuck steak cubes. Includes our backwood green sauce for the rice.

Garden Couscous ~ 26

Handpicked root vegetables (carrots, turnips, potatoes, squash) simmered in earthy broth, infused with a blend of herbs, chickpeas and a whisper of saffron spices, served over pearls of herb couscous mixed with dried whole cranberry, touched with a dollop of our tropical onions sauce. Add marinated beef or any protein extra.

Campfire skillet ~ 30

Campfire potato hash (russet, red and sweet potato), fire-roasted on the grill in cast iron skillet, served with a choice of chicken/beef skewers covered with backwood green sauce, or pan fried haddock dressed in citrus beurre blanc sauce.

Beef Bourguignon ~ 28

A timeless French classic featuring chunks of grass-fed and well-marbled chuck beef, pan-seared then gently braised with garlic, thyme and onions in a rich wine-based herb tomato stew with carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes, topped with fresh parsley. Includes choice of one (1) side: herb rice pilaf or herb mashed potato.

Peanut Butter stew ~ 28

West African peanut stew made from organic peanut and sweet potato puree, layered of flavours with our Four Season spices, slow-cooked with peas, carrots, potatoes and succulent cuts of meat (beef or chicken), served with white Jasmin or basmati rice.
